It is presumed that Harriett married again after the death of Herbert as no death of a Harriett Freebody has been found in the Death Register. A marriage of a Harriett Freebody to a Henry H Payton was found, but the year of death of this Harriett Payton has not been proved as from the registers there is more than one possibility.
