1881 census:1 Prison Street, Woking, Surrey.

1891 census: 3 Gloucester Terrace, Portsmouth.

1901 census: 14, Sun Street, Portsmouth. Although Archibald and Ada for some reason (mischief?) are registered as Arthur and Annie. Ada's mother, brothers, and sister are living next door.

1911 census 64 Cumberland St Portsea with Ada, and their sons.

Archibald was a printer at the time of his marriage, but later on was a dairyman. In the 1901 Census he is described as a Labourer (ship fitter in the dockyard).
